Questions We Get a Lot
A fire pit table combines the warmth of an open flame with a functional tabletop surface, so your guests have a place to set drinks, plates, or simply rest their arms while they linger. Traditional open fire pits tend to sit lower and focus purely on the fire experience. Both styles are designed for outdoor use and create that same natural draw that keeps everyone gathered a little longer.
No — propane fire pit tables run from a standard propane tank, which typically tucks neatly into a cabinet or compartment beneath the table. This makes them flexible to position anywhere on your patio or deck without any permanent connection. If you prefer a fixed fuel source, some models in our collection are also available in natural gas configurations.
For most residential patios and outdoor entertaining spaces, fire tables in the 50,000 BTU range deliver a comfortable, visible flame that warms the immediate seating area well. BTU output affects flame height and heat radius, so larger open-air spaces or cooler climates may benefit from higher-output models. Think about the size of your seating arrangement and how exposed your space is to wind when making your choice.

About Our Fire Pits
A fire pit is one of the most natural additions you can make to an outdoor living space. Where a grill or an outdoor kitchen anchors your entertaining around the meal, a fire pit anchors it around the evening itself — the part of the night when dinner is done and no one wants to leave. The warmth, the light, and the focal point it creates are what encourage people to pull their chairs a little closer and stay a little longer. Fire pit tables, in particular, blend that open-flame experience with a practical surface your guests can actually use, making them as functional as they are beautiful. When choosing one, consider your fuel preference — propane offers flexibility and portability, while natural gas suits a fixed, always-ready setup. Think about the scale of your outdoor space, the style of your existing furniture, and how much of the year you plan to use it. A thoughtfully chosen fire feature becomes less of a product and more of a place.
